What do you actually want?

A philosophy and practical path for creating a life from what is true.

For those moments when the life you built still works - but something inside you no longer feels fully alive.

Conscious Desire helps you recognise what you truly want, discern what is really yours, and begin bringing it into your life through intention, aligned action and conscious choice.

Your life can work perfectly well and still not feel like your life.

You can be grateful for what you have and still know that something is missing.

You can love your family and question your relationship.

You can be successful and no longer want the success you spent years building.

You can have done everything you were supposed to do and suddenly find yourself thinking:

Is this it?

We build lives and spend years learning how to be responsible, productive, useful and sensible. We become partners, parents, professionals, carers, business owners.

But very few of us are taught how to remain in contact with what is actually alive inside us while we are building them.

So somewhere along the way, we become very good at knowing what we should want while becoming increasingly disconnected from what we actually do.

That is where Conscious Desire begins.

Desire is not the problem.

Unconscious desire is.

Here, desire does not simply mean sex.

Desire means Eros - the movement towards life.

The impulse to create. To connect. To speak. To love. To change. To express. To touch. To leave. To begin. To become.

Desire is information but desire is not always truth.

Some desires arise from something deeply alive in us.

Others are shaped by fear, comparison, loneliness, old wounds, social conditioning, fantasy, validation or an identity we have already outgrown.

Which is why Conscious Desire is not about blindly following every impulse.

It is about becoming conscious enough to ask:

Is this really mine? And then listening to the answer.

What Do I Truly Want?

Is This Really Mine?

Am I Willing?

Where Do I Start?

Desire is the spark. Discernment is the filter. Intention is the commitment. Action is the bridge.

Doorways

Three spaces of support to look honestly at what you are living, recover direction, and make decisions without betraying yourself.

Life & Identity

For people in a moment of change or important decision. I use astrology and maieutic coaching to look at what you are experiencing more deeply and find your next step.

Relationships & Desire

For people in long-term relationships where intimacy has faded and the truth can no longer be avoided. A space to get clarity and to choose your next step with full awareness and truth.

Show Up With Soul

For creators, coaches, writers and service providers who need to show up online to share their life work but have a big resistance and don't want to become influencers or get trapped in the endless content production.

Hey, it's Eva

I am a creator, writer, coach, guide and a woman who has lived more than one version of herself.

For years, I built a life around desire, fantasy, visibility and survival and I lost myself along the way.

My work is shaped by lived experience: reinvention, separation, desire, online visibility, fantasy, burnout and the slow, uncomfortable process of becoming more honest with myself.

If you want to know more about me (I am an open book) go to my Substack.

How Does It Work?

Fill in the form

Tell me what you are navigating, what you are looking for, and which offering feels most relevant to you.

I'll get back to you

If I feel I may be able to support you, I’ll get back to you with the next step.

We begin with Truth

If we both feel it is a good fit, we start the coaching: with honest inquiry, clear boundaries, and a plan.

FAQs

Your potential doubts...

Is Conscious Desire manifestation?

In a way, yes. But not the kind that tells you to want something hard enough and wait for the universe to deliver it.

Conscious Desire begins before manifestation as it is being sold. There are no vision boards or goals and affirmations...

We ask:

Whose desire is this? Why do I want it? What do I believe it will give me?

Is it moving me towards life or helping me escape it?

And once the desire has survived that enquiry, we walk towards it.

What is Mayeutic coaching?

Mayeutic coaching is a form of inquiry inspired by the Socratic idea of helping a person “give birth” to their own truth.

Instead of giving you advice, fixing you, or telling you what to do, the coach asks precise questions that help you see what you already know but may not yet be able to name clearly.

This approach fits the heart of Conscious Desire: slowing down, telling the truth, and listening for what is real beneath fear, conditioning, fantasy, guilt or avoidance.

What training do you have?

I am currently training in Mayeutic Coaching through Kuestiona, a coaching school based on deep self-inquiry, personal responsibility and conscious transformation.

My work combines this training with my own lived experience, writing, astrology, and years of exploring desire, identity, relationships, reinvention and conscious choice.

I am not a therapist or clinical professional.
This is coaching and inquiry, a space for clarity, honesty and self-connection.

Is this therapy?

No. This is not therapy, counselling or crisis support.

I do not diagnose, treat trauma, or replace professional mental health care.

This work is coaching-based inquiry: a space to slow down, tell the truth, ask better questions and reconnect with your own inner clarity.

If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional.

Who is this for?

This is for people who feel stuck, disconnected, in transition, or aware that the life they are living no longer fully fits.

You may be navigating a relationship question, a sexless or desire-starved marriage, creator burnout, a midlife awakening, a career/life transition, or a deeper sense that you have been performing a version of yourself that no longer feels true.

You do not need to have the answer. You only need to be willing to look honestly and be brave enough to face yourself and your inner world.

What kind of topics can we explore?

We can explore desire, identity, relationships, intimacy, avoidance, purpose, work, creativity, online presence, burnout, midlife change, conscious separation, self-betrayal, and the question underneath all of it:

What do I actually want now?

The topic may look practical on the surface, but the work usually goes deeper.

Do you use astrology?

I use astrology as a symbolic language for self-understanding, not as prediction or fortune-telling.

It can help us explore patterns, timing, temperament, inner conflict and life direction, but the focus is always your lived reality, your choices and your own inner knowing.

I don't do astrology readings, I use it as a tool.

Will you tell me what to do?

No (and no other professional should either).

My role is not to make decisions for you. My role is to help you hear yourself more clearly so your next step comes from truth rather than fear, guilt, fantasy, pressure or avoidance.

How long does coaching last?

It depends on the offering.

Some people may only need one clarity session. Others may work with me through a short private package, usually over several sessions, so we have time to explore the truth layer, the desire layer and the choice layer.

The structure will be clear before we begin.

How much does coaching cost?

The investment depends on the offer and the level of support.

After you fill out the enquiry form, I will let you know what option feels most relevant, including the price, structure and next step.

There is no pressure to continue unless it feels like a genuine fit for both of us.

As an alternative, I have DIY workshops you can buy and have a taste of how I work and whether you're willing to go all in or if this is not for you at all.

Is this confidential?

100% Yes. What you share in coaching is treated with respect and confidentiality. We'll sign a coaching contract.

I may write or speak publicly about general themes that arise in this work, but I will never share your private details, name or identifying information without your explicit permission.

What happens after I fill out the form?

I will read your enquiry and, if I feel I may be able to support you, I will get back to you with the next step.

If it feels like a good fit, we will choose the right offer, clarify the structure, and begin the work with honest inquiry, clear boundaries and a grounded plan.
